What are these and how exactly do they work?

: What are this sparkling things? They're so pretty!
: I don't know, but I don't think they're just SIMPLE objects.

I had this picture in my mind for a LOOOOOONG time. I'm so glad I colud make it :3
It took me around 3 or 4 or 5 days, I don't know why it took me so much time, but finally it's here

Me tomo alrededor de 3 o 4 o 5 días, no se porque me tomo mucho tiempo, pero finalmente esta aquí
